What This Role Owns

Executive Narrative Design

• C-level sales decks
• Enterprise pitch storytelling
• Data visualization frameworks
• Conceptual diagrams and executive visuals

Web & Campaign Creative

• Website graphics and visual hierarchy
• Pillar page visuals and infographics
• Campaign creative (LinkedIn, paid, email assets)
• Event and print materials

Video & Motion

• Executive-level explainer videos
• Animated storytelling
• Webinar and demo visual polish

Brand Stewardship

• Visual system development
• Template governance (Product, Sales, Marketing)
• Elevation of brand sophistication

Expected Outcomes

• Increase campaign performance through visual clarity
• Standardize and upgrade presentation quality
• Reduce production turnaround time
• Strengthen category authority perception

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years creative or visual storytelling experience, B2B is preferable
• Strong PowerPoint narrative design expertise
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Experience across web, print, and video
• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually
• Comfortable working alongside sales and executive leadership

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
