Embark on a transformative journey as Visualisation & UX Lead, where you'll spearhead the delivery of the technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions coming up with the process design of the Foundational / Consolidated and Business data Products. You will be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
To be successful as a Visualisation & UX Lead, you should have experience with:
Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that balance user needs with strategic objectives.
Lead the design of dashboards and reports with a focus on usability, accessibility, and impact, agnostic of specific visualisation tools.
Guide junior developers during the build phase, providing expertise, support, and quality assurance.
Facilitate and participate in the VUX Forum, presenting designs for peer challenge, feedback, and approval, ensuring adherence to agreed standards.
Establish and uphold visualisation standards and design principles that deliver consistency, clarity, and accessibility across the organisation.
Partner with stakeholders to validate prototypes, confirm fitness-for-purpose, and secure buy-in before development & conduct review and approval at key delivery gates to ensure outputs meet design, usability, and business expectations.
Contribute to centralised guidance, templates, and resources, supporting the upskilling of the broader analytics community & act as champions of visual design thinking, promoting the shift from “tool operation” to designing for impact.
Collaborate closely with data engineering and BI development teams to ensure data models, semantic layers, and metadata structures support intended design outcomes.
Leverage storytelling techniques to turn complex data into compelling, actionable narratives using annotations, guided insights, and contextual framing & perform heuristic evaluations of existing dashboards to identify opportunities for simplification, optimisation, and redesign.

A self-starter with good communication & and stakeholder management skills.
Strong design thinking skills with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Experience in creating impactful dashboards and data visualisations (tool-agnostic, though Tableau experience is a plus) & the ability to translate business requirements into clear, intuitive designs.
