Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for residential projects (houses, apartments, villas, townhouses).
• Create interior and exterior visuals aligned with architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy.
• Produce visuals for brochures, social media, websites, hoardings, and presentations.
• Revise designs based on management and client feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Maintain and organize a visual library of completed and ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and real estate visualization standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in visualization, preferably in residential real estate projects.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and textures.
• Ability to convert 2D drawings into realistic 3D visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
