The Impact You’ll Drive

Design high-impact visuals across digital campaigns, social content, influencer activations, and brand storytelling

Partner with copy, strategy, and account teams to translate ideas into platform-native design

Contribute to reels, videos, carousels, memes, gifs, and experimental formats with design precision

Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries and raising creative standards

Use GenAI tools to speed up workflows, sharpen concepts, and unlock smarter visual execution

Stay in sync with platform trends, design shifts, and cultural moments to keep work ahead of the curve
The Skills That Seal the Deal

1–2 years of design experience in a digital-first or creative agency environment

A strong portfolio that reflects visual storytelling, layout finesse, and social-first creativity
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)

Familiarity with GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and GPT-4o for concepting and execution

A collaborative mindset and a passion for co-creating in fast-paced environments

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity
