The Impact You’ll Drive

  • Design high-impact visuals across digital campaigns, social content, influencer activations, and brand storytelling
  • Partner with copy, strategy, and account teams to translate ideas into platform-native design
  • Contribute to reels, videos, carousels, memes, gifs, and experimental formats with design precision
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries and raising creative standards
  • Use GenAI tools to speed up workflows, sharpen concepts, and unlock smarter visual execution
  • Stay in sync with platform trends, design shifts, and cultural moments to keep work ahead of the curve


The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 1–2 years of design experience in a digital-first or creative agency environment
  • A strong portfolio that reflects visual storytelling, layout finesse, and social-first creativity
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and GPT-4o for concepting and execution
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for co-creating in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity
