Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design visually appealing content for digital and print platforms, including graphics, emailers, flyers, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, presentations, and internal communications.
• Create emailers and newsletters that align with campaign objectives.
• Develop flyers, posters, and event branding for internal and external initiatives.
• Edit and produce videos for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Communications and HR teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Ability to create visually compelling emailers and print materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of branding and campaign design.
