Job Description:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).
2. Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
3. Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.
4. Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.
3. At least 4 years’ experience in a Director/C-level leadership role.
4. Strong commercial visual merchandising portfolio with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
