VNC Programmer & Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC VMC machines according to specifications.
• Operate CNC VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.
• Perform regular machine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CNC machining program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC VMC machines.
• Understanding of machine operations and tool setups.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
