Morning shift : 7:15AM to 3:15PM

Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in specific instruments or music technology are a plus.
- Candidates must have relevant experience of CBSE Curriculum
- Fluent in English.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and different musical genres.
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, voice, etc.).
- Ability to teach music theory, notation, and ear training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching music.
- Ability to organize and lead musical performances and events.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance music education.

Experience : 1 to 2 Years of teaching music in CBSE school or educational setting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Instruction:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver music lessons for students across various grade levels, including theory, vocal training, and instrumental music.
- Teach students to appreciate and understand different genres of music, including classical, contemporary, folk, and world music.
- Introduce students to musical notation, rhythm, harmony, and melody.
- Teach students how to play different musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, drums, etc.) and provide vocal coaching.
- Encourage creativity and expression through music, helping students develop their skills in both solo and group performances.
- Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning:
- Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents about their musical development.
- Organize performance assessments, exams, and projects to evaluate students’ musical abilities and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Classroom Management:
- Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for music.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain order during individual and group music sessions.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration in group performances and activities.
- Performance & School Events:
- Organize and conduct school music events such as concerts, recitals, talent shows, and assemblies to showcase students' musical achievements.
- Coordinate school choirs, bands, or orchestras, and prepare them for performances at school events or external competitions.
- Support and encourage students in extracurricular music-related activities, such as school bands, choirs, or music clubs.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other subject teachers and school staff to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects or thematic units.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress in music and any upcoming performances or events.
- Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their personal growth and self-confidence in music.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with new trends in music education, including digital tools, teaching methods, and music technology.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, and training, to improve teaching skills and musical knowledge.
- Continuously improve teaching practices based on feedback from colleagues, students, and parents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
