Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Vocational Training Institute Manager to lead a KHDA-permitted Private Training Institute in Dubai. The role requires strong expertise in revenue growth, sales monitoring, and full KHDA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollments and corporate training revenue.
• Monitor sales KPIs, lead conversions, and monthly revenue performance.
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA regulations and PTI permit requirements.
• Manage course and trainer approvals, inspections, and audits.
• Oversee academic delivery, documentation, and operational standards.
• Lead admissions, sales, academic, and admin teams with defined KPIs.
• Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports for management.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory, UAE attested).
• 5 years experience managing a vocational/technical training institute.
• Proven record of increasing enrollments and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of KHDA regulations and audit processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and financial management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:
