Role Overview

The Voice & Accent Teacher will be responsible for developing students’ speech clarity, articulation, pronunciation, intonation, and confidence in verbal communication. This role supports students in achieving standard English pronunciation while respecting multicultural backgrounds and fostering effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging voice, diction, and accent-neutralization classes for students across grade levels.
  • Design structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and communication standards.
  • Assess students’ speech patterns and provide individualized feedback and improvement plans.
  • Teach essential skills including pronunciation, stress patterns, rhythm, intonation, breath control, and projection.
  • Integrate voice training with drama, public speaking, debate, and presentation activities.
  • Prepare students for performances, assemblies, theatre events, and communication-focused competitions.
  • Collaborate with English, Drama, and Communication faculty to support cross-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Maintain records of student progress and prepare periodic reports for academic teams and parents.
  • Organize workshops, communication labs, and enrichment sessions on voice and speech.
  • Stay updated with best practices in speech training, theatre techniques, and communication pedagogy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Payroll management: 5 years (Preferred)
