Title: Voice of Consumer Data Analyst

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reporting To: Voice of Consumer Analytics Lead

What Will Your Day Look Like?


  • Extracting, cleansing & structuring consumer data from internal & external sources.
  • Supporting the development & maintenance of dashboards & recurring reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Curating & organizing syndicated & corporate data sources, including retail panel data, household panel data & brand health tracking studies.
  • Preparing presentation materials & data visualizations to support insights delivery.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data requests & reporting needs across the Consumer Insights & Analytics team.


By maintaining strong data foundations & streamlining insights delivery, this role supports the VoC Analytics Lead & wider team in driving smarter, faster & more consumer-focused decisions.


How Will You Make An Impact?


  • Data Management & Quality : Extract, cleanse & organize consumer data from internal & external sources to create reliable datasets for analytics & reporting.
  • Data Visualization & Insights Communication : Design, develop & maintain visually compelling dashboards & reports using tools such as Power BI & Tableau to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Development : Automate & optimize recurring reports, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to critical Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
  • Insights Delivery & Analysis : Analyze VoC data to identify trends, patterns & anomalies, supporting smarter & more consumer-centric decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Support : Partner with the VoC Analytics Lead & cross-functional teams to align data visualization & reporting solutions with evolving business needs.
  • Process Improvement : Enhance the efficiency of data pipelines & visualization workflows to accelerate insights delivery & reduce manual reporting effort.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Data Science & Analytics.


Experience

  • At least 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence or consumer insights.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau & basic SQL/Excel.
  • Skilled in data cleaning, transformation & dashboard/report creation.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory
