• Expertise in voice technologies including but not limited to SIP Trunking and SIP inter working, voice over IP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX, session management, etc.

• Expertise in SBC, Genesys, Cisco voice platforms and unified communication and collaboration technologies.
