Job Overview

Digisparo is looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer with hands-on experience in Dialer setup and VICIdial installation. The ideal candidate should be able to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and call center dialers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain VICIdial / VoIP dialers
• Set up SIP trunks, extensions, and call routing
• Monitor call quality and system performance
• Troubleshoot VoIP, dialer, and connectivity issues
• Manage servers and basic Linux configurations
• Coordinate with call center and IT teams
• Ensure system security and uptime

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in VoIP and dialer management
• Strong hands-on experience with VICIdial
• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, and PBX systems
• Basic Linux server knowledge
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills
