Volleyball Coach

We are hiring Volleyball coach for volleyball academy based on Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver volleyball coaching sessions during weekdays, evenings, camps, tournaments, and special events as required.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all members by implementing and monitoring academy health and safety procedures.
• Manage attendance, member records, skill assessments, and appropriate group placements.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned members and parents, providing regular updates on progress, attendance, payments, invoices, and academy announcements.
• Support member development through performance analysis, individualized training plans, and season reviews.
• Maintain professional communication with parents regarding schedules, venue changes, cancellations, and events.
• Assist with equipment management, facility organization, and compliance with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Represent Elite professionally, supporting marketing and social media initiatives when required.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and be available to travel to multiple locations across Doha as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced in volleyball coaching
• Ability to ensure safety
• Provide training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Email
• Age limit: 20-40 years old.
• Ability to learn new sports software (ClassCard, HubSpot....etc)
• Basic knowledge in generating social media content.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Highly positive and enthusiastic.
• Punctual and professional.
