Volunteer Mentor – Research & Innovation

About Us:

IBSAUD College (non conventional) is the mentorship and learning wing of the International Bureau for Scientific Advancement and Universal Development (IBSAUD) — un-registered youth-led initiative working to make research and innovation education accessible in developing regions .

We support students who grow up in low-resource, non-research environments and help them build real scientific skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

We’re looking for researchers, PhD scholars, postdocs, faculty, and professionals who can take short online sessions (30–60 min) or host occasional Q&A hours to guide aspiring learners.

No fixed schedule. No strict commitment, simply impact on many lives.

• Lead short online masterclasses in your field (30–60 min each).
• Offer monthly or occasional Q&A sessions for students.
• Share insights on research methods, innovation, or scientific thinking.
• Optionally co-guide small student projects under IBSAUD’s “Impact Cells.”
• Help build scientific confidence in students who rarely get access to real mentorship.

Your mentorship will help students from developing regions:

• Learn real research skills for the first time.
• Solve community problems using scientific thinking.
• Generate data from ignored or unreachable regions .
• Grow into future researchers and innovators .
• Contribute to UN SDGs 4, 9, 10 & 17 (and indirectly SDGs 13–15).

Even one short session can change someone’s entire direction in science.

You can be from any of these backgrounds:

• PhD / Postdoc / Professor / Researcher
• STEM professional or industry expert
• Innovator, engineer, data scientist, science communicator
• Anyone with real experience in research, innovation, or STEM fundamentals
