VP Commercial – Aeronautical

Job Purpose

Owns aeronautical commercial strategy, pricing governance, airline portfolio performance, and long-term revenue sustainability across the airport network.

Key Responsibilities

• Set aeronautical commercial strategy, pricing principles, and incentive frameworks
• Approve airline tariffs, discounts, and incentive structures within Board-approved policies
• Lead senior-level airline, alliance, and government negotiations
• Accountable for aeronautical revenue performance, yield optimisation, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, bilateral, and competition frameworks
• Provide strategic oversight to airline development and account management functions

Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior airline, airport, or aviation infrastructure commercial leadership roles.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Aviation; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
