Overview

Our client is a large infrastructure and project-driven organisation delivering complex developments across Saudi Arabia. The business is strengthening financial governance and project financial control.

Responsibilities

• The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting, and governance across the organisation.
• This role will support large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning.
• A key responsibility will be strengthening financial visibility across projects and improving cost control mechanisms.
• The VP will work closely with project directors, procurement, and executive leadership.
• The role will also support funding, banking relationships, and audit processes.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control, and capital management is essential.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• The candidate must demonstrate analytical rigour, leadership maturity, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional finance qualifications are expected.
