About Endless Access

Our vision is simple: the whole world, empowered. Access to the digital tools of the modern era is a prerequisite for that vision to be realized.

We believe in a world where everyone is empowered. In today's age, digital tools and skills are key to realizing this vision. Endless Access strives to ensure access to these tools, creating global opportunities for underserved and under-resourced communities. Our efforts aim to bridge the digital divide, foster future-ready skills of digital creation and collaboration, and promote digital literacy, particularly for youth and the less advantaged.

About Our Learning Program - Game-Making Community: Endless Access is developing a unique and scalable learning model that empowers students to develop and demonstrate workplace-ready future skills through applied learning and peer-to-peer mentorship within a connected game-making community. Our innovative approach ensures that, regardless of background or prior experience, all learners become digital creators. We support equitable game-making skills development through a learning experience made available on an affordable PC, accessible to those without access to broadband internet. This scalable model creates real pathways to employment and entrepreneurship while building a supportive community where learners learn from each other as much as from professional mentors.

Role Summary

As VP of Growth, you'll be the strategic architect of our expansion, responsible for scaling our game-making learning community through strategic partnerships and sustainable revenue growth. This role builds upon and elevates our existing partnerships function, transforming it into a comprehensive growth engine that encompasses both partnership development and funding strategy.

You'll work at the intersection of mission and business strategy, developing relationships with operating partners who deliver our programs, funding partners who invest in our impact, and the communities we serve. This is a senior leadership role where you'll manage and grow our partnerships team while driving both direct revenue generation and third-party funding commitments. You'll be equally comfortable building relationships with educational institutions and NGOs in emerging markets as you are securing major funding partnerships and developing innovative revenue models.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Partnerships Development & Management

  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to reach 7,500+ learners from underserved communities through packaged learning experiences by the end of the fiscal year.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and nonprofits, particularly in emerging markets (Global South).
  • Lead pilot program development with 4 strategic partners, creating scalable models that can reach 100,000+ learners by 2026 and scale into the millions thereafter.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Endless Access’ mission and growth objectives.

Revenue Growth & Funding Strategy

  • Lead grant applications and maintain relationships with grant and private revenue stakeholders to maximize funding opportunities for scale.
  • Create innovative revenue models and pricing strategies that balance accessibility with sustainability.
  • Develop and implement funding strategies to secure $2M+ in third-party funding commitments for program delivery in 2025-6 and grow thereafter.
  • Drive direct revenue generation through learning programs with an initial annual target of $75K net revenue in 2025-6.

Impact Measurement & Validation

  • Commission and oversee efficacy studies, including the collection of feedback and results from learners, together with our operating partners, to demonstrate program impact.
  • Manage independent third parties who can validate the effectiveness and outcomes of our game-making learning approach to support future funding and scale.
  • Establish metrics and reporting systems to track both partnership success and learner outcomes.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth team, expanding upon existing partnerships and program operations capabilities.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Product teams to ensure seamless design, integration, and delivery of partnership activities, and with the Marketing team to support partnerships and funnel development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, maintaining open and transparent communication in order to develop and strengthen retention and renewal strategies.
  • Represent Endless Access at industry events, conferences, and in strategic partnership negotiations.
