Position Overview

The Head of Intelligence and Insider Risk reporting into the SVP, Security Operations and Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic vision for Threat Intelligence, Data Protection, Insider Risk, and External Partnerships. This position will help foster collaboration and partnerships across Information Security, Technology, HR, Legal, Corporate Security, and Fraud.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and operationalize a strategic intelligence capability that informs decisions and aligns with the mission and mandate of the information security, fraud, and corporate security fusion capabilities

  • Advance the strategic vision by driving programs that strengthen enterprise data protections capabilities for unstructured as well as structured data

  • Lead a cross functional insider risk program that integrates security capabilities with investigations as well as a connector and orchestrator with key risk stripes to formulate a shared risk narrative

  • Foster the development and maturation of programs that enhance executive visibility with key external partners and working groups within the financial services industry

  • Conduct hiring process to recruit qualified candidates and build a team ensuring effective onboarding

  • Support career development and success through mentoring, goal-setting, and performance evaluation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 7-10 years of experience

  • CFE Certification required

  • Proven track record of establishing procedures and guidelines across multiple departments

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $141,000.00 - $190,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
