What is VP Islamic Bank Support / Pool Management / FCM - MMBL?

The VP – Islamic Bank Support / Pool Management / FCM is responsible for managing T24 Core Banking System support, resolving system issues and glitches, supervising Islamic Banking-related configurations, and ensuring smooth pool management and profit disbursement processes.

This role ensures operational excellence, internal customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, particularly in line with Fair Treatment of Customer (FTC) principles. The position also oversees system UATs, vendor coordination, and Head Office-level technical support.

What VP Islamic Bank Support / Pool Management / FCM Does - MMBL?

Core Banking & System Support

• Resolve T24 issues, corrections, stuck entry deletions, and system glitches.
• Manage and close tickets through the Helpdesk Portal for Islamic and conventional branches.
• Conduct and support System UATs and supervise new developments/configurations within the Core Banking System.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to branches and Islamic Banking teams.

Pool Management & Profit Disbursement

• Manage Pool Management-related configurations.
• Coordinate profit disbursement activities with relevant Head Office departments.

Islamic Banking Operations

• Handle Islamic Banking-related daily operational tasks and system solution management.
• Ensure system configurations comply with regulatory and Shariah requirements.
• Maintain strong coordination with Islamic Banking teams and branch networks.

Technical & Administrative Support

• Perform SQL-based data extraction and reporting for audit purposes.
• Manage FCM-related tasks and configurations.
• Handle financial and non-financial bulk file uploads.
• Coordinate with vendors for branch-level system issues.
• Manage branch portfolio mergers.
• Oversee BCON creation and deployments.
• Create build enquiries and manage Head Office-level queries.

• Hands-on experience in Pool Management and profit disbursement processes.
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking operations and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely issue resolution.
