- Lead the strategic growth initiatives – identify, evaluate and execute high-impact growth opportunities including partnerships, acquisitions, and other investments that drive long-term value.
- Share the company’s growth roadmap by supporting leadership in the development of long-term strategic and financial goals.
- Establish and lead a process to identify and evaluate potential opportunities and strategic projects.
- Oversee investment and banking relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for external advisors, investors, and financial institutions involved in corporate investment.
- Evaluate and recommend strategic investment opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.
- Partner with FP&A to prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and investment recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor developments to get ahead of industry shifts and guide data-driven decisions around pricing and portfolio strategy.
- Lead strategic analysis of company portfolio to assess market performance, capital efficiency and return on investment.
- Monitor emerging trends in health, fitness, and wellness, identifying opportunities for innovation and new revenue streams.
- Serve as a direct advisor to the executive team, supporting strategic planning, annual budgeting, and long-term capital strategy discussions.
- Cultivate relationships with brokers, lenders, investors and other key external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, legal, technology, and operations to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives.

- Must have 12+ years of leadership in corporate strategy, corporate development, or management consulting, ideally within a consumer-facing, retail, or fitness-driven organization.
- Proven success demonstrating success in shaping corporate direction, leading high-impact initiatives, and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong command of corporate finance, valuation, investment analysis, P&L management, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or related field. MBA or advance degree preferred.
