VPE (Vehicle Production Engineering) Project Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Electronics
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• No restriction for frequent travel (short and long termed) in and out of Türkiye
• Having B type driving license
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be employed in Vehicle Production Engineering & System Development Division; fresh engineers will join New Graduate Development Programme.

Main responsibility area will be management of new /modified equipments / lines for new projects in Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and Europe.

• New equipment / line spec sheet preparation
• Management of new equipment design / manufacturing steps at local (Türkiye / Europe) equipment makers
• Bid document preparation and actual job management for installation at Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and Europe
• Quality confirmations in new vehicle projects

Same or similar experience at any sector, specifically at Automotive will be an asset
