La Creare Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as full-time Lead Teacher for our VPK classrooms!

Location: On-site at La Creare Schools

Work Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish

Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required Additional Training: Completion of 40-hour DCF training prior to school start

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the classroom.

- Develop and implement engaging weekly lesson plans tailored to toddler-aged children.

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, fostering strong relationships and a supportive environment.

- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Qualifications

- Must speak Spanish fluently to effectively communicate with students and parents.- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.- Completion of the 40-hour DCF training before the start of the school year.- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment focused on social-emotional development and academic growth.
