Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of students.

- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Provide individualized support for students with special education needs and early intervention strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with students through effective behavior management techniques.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to enhance student learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress regularly.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with children in various educational settings, including daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management strategies.
- Proficiency in teaching subjects such as math and physical education.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide tutoring support as needed to enhance student understanding.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and child welfare practices.
- Experience in early childhood education or toddler care is highly desirable.
