Our Teachers:

  • Are caring, compassionate, positive and loving.
  • Works cooperatively with other childhood staff within the building.
  • Facilitate play based curriculum within a fun and interactive classroom.
  • Ensure the daily care of each child by following licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • Have advancement opportunities and college scholarship opportunities for seeking degrees in Early Childhood Education, Education or a CDA (Child Development Associate Credential).
  • Plans individual and group activities to stimulate developmentally appropriate growth in all areas of development.
  • Lead small group activities.
  • Develops positive professional relationships with staff, children and families.
  • Are rewarded with hugs from children every day!

We are most interested in talking to applicants that have the following:

  • A Fun, Happy, Positive Attitude.
  • High School Diploma or higher. Also welcomed are those entering a trade or Co-op program for Early education or attending High School.
  • Must be able to pass background check to start. We can randomly do drug testing.
  • Demonstrates a record of good attendance and punctuality.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, occasional lifting/bending/squatting/reaching/ kneeling/twisting.
  • 17 years of age or older.
  • Be flexible with the work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
