Responsibilities

• Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Handle food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and ensuring a tidy environment
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions about menu items and accommodating special requests
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices during all service activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations during busy periods or banquet events

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation skills
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is beneficial for understanding guest needs and service excellence
