The Role

The Waiter is a front-line ambassador of Red Sea Global Hospitality (RSGH), responsible for delivering a seamless and refined guest experience within the Residential Sales Office at KAFD, Riyadh. This role ensures that every prospective buyer, investor, and VIP guest receives personalized service through exceptional food & beverage delivery, attentive guest care, and support for concierge services tied to RSG projects. The Server represents the elegance, cultural authenticity, and ultra-luxury standards of RSGH in every detail.


Key Areas of Responsibilities

Guest Service & Relations

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring each guest feels valued and recognized.
  • Deliver discreet, personalized service aligned with RSGH luxury standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests.
  • Assist in showcasing RSG destinations and projects through curated touchpoints and presentations.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Execute the setup, presentation, and service of refreshments, snacks, and curated F&B offerings.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, polish, and presentation in all service areas.
  • Support special events and VIP visits with elevated service touches that reflect the brand.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Supervisor.

Concierge & Project Engagement Support

  • Assist in delivering concierge-related hospitality elements connected to Red Sea Global projects.
  • Support logistics for guest visits and experiences tied to RSG destinations.
  • Provide informed, culturally sensitive responses to guest questions about RSG developments.

Operational Excellence

  • Uphold RSGH hospitality SOPs and daily service checklists.
  • Maintain the Sales Office environment in pristine condition at all times.
  • Report guest feedback, issues, or service gaps promptly to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.


Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, or fine dining environments.
  • Strong understanding of VIP guest service and refined F&B etiquette.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and cultural awareness.
