Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/barista.
• Serve orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the café area.
• Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus (experience in cafés preferred).
✅ Good communication skills (Basic English required, Arabic is a plus).
✅ Friendly, customer-focused, and team player.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
