Job Summary:

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints courteously and promptly.
• Process payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, beverages).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
