Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Turn Guests into promoters.

  • Greet and seat guest and serve them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way

  • Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served

  • Maintaining the condition of the dining room and managing guest

  • Communicate and work closely with kitchen/bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handle guest complains in a professional and polite manner

  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding of the standards and sequence of service

  • Maintain Up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items and daily specials

  • Explain the menu items in terms of preparation, allergic ingredients, and presentation

  • Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)

  • Ensure minimum breakage and wastage to identify and notify Supervisor of all maintenance

  • Requirements, hazards in the workplace to comply with the mandatory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing, and employment

  • Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE ,SKILLS

Minimum 2 year in F&B or houspitality Industry

Proven knowledge of resturant operation
