Waiter

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a fine dining background
• Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) and Arabic speaker
• Mastering techniques of sales and service
• Must be flexible in work location

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Guarantee the quality of service
• Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
• Organizing the welcoming of guests
• Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
• Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients
• Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
• Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedure
• Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
• Participating and/or taking orders, making sure they have been transmitted to the different services concerned
• Guarantying the setting up and the cleaning of tables
