Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a fine dining background
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) and Arabic speaker
- Mastering techniques of sales and service
- Must be flexible in work location
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Guarantee the quality of service
- Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
- Organizing the welcoming of guests
- Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
- Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
- Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedure
- Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
- Participating and/or taking orders, making sure they have been transmitted to the different services concerned
- Guarantying the setting up and the cleaning of tables
