Waiter

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized, and professional table service
• Present menus and offer detailed explanations of food, wine, and cocktail selections
• Recommend appropriate wine and beverage pairings
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, liquors, and classic cocktails
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail
• Maintain fine dining service standards, presentation, and etiquette
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant required
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages is mandatory
• Understanding of wine varietals, regions, and pairing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
