Waiter

A waiter or waitress is responsible for providing high-quality service by greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items, and managing payments. They ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and communicating effectively with the kitchen to deliver a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding ingredients, substitutions, or specials.
• Ordering & Service: Taking food/drink orders, relaying them to the kitchen, and serving items promptly.
• Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout the shift.
• Sales & Upselling: Recommending appetizers, beverages, or desserts to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
• Payment Processing: Preparing checks, handling cash/credit transactions, and processing payments accurately.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
