Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus and explain items when needed

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve food and drinks efficiently

• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally

• Process bills and payments

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service area

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service (preferred)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Basic English (additional languages is a plus)

• Team player
