Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Waiter to join our vibrant food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience by providing exceptional service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as foodics or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing honest recommendations tailored to guest preferences
• Manage tables by bussing, cleaning, and resetting to prepare for new guests, ensuring sanitation standards are upheld
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety protocols to answer guest questions confidently and ensure proper food handling

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and reservations management
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required
