Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings throughout service
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and service procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
