Server / Barista Hybrid — Requirements
- Fluent English; conversational Arabic a strong plus
- Presentable, punctual, with stamina for full shifts on feet
- Available for split shifts, weekends, and late hours
- 1–2 years in specialty coffee or quality café front-of-house preferred
- Able to dial in espresso — adjust grind, dose, and yield and taste-correct
- Competent milk steaming with at least basic latte art (heart/tulip)
- Skilled in manual brewing (V60 pour-over) with an understanding of ratios and grind
- Working knowledge of coffee fundamentals: extraction, acidity, bitterness, freshness
- Confident in full table service: greeting, ordering, serving, clearing, reading the floor
- Familiar with POS systems (e.g. Foodics), payments, and end-of-shift till reconciliation
- Natural at upselling and menu recommendations
- Warm, hospitable, and calm under pressure
- Team-first, reliable, and self-managing in a small team
- Able to switch between bar and floor without dropping service quality
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
