Job Description:

Acube Group is seeking a well-presented, courteous, and service-oriented Waiter to join its high-end F&B team. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a fine dining environment, ensuring an outstanding dining experience that reflects premium service standards.

The Waiter will be responsible for guest interaction, order taking, service execution, and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by being attentive and responsive.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Follow proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
• Process billing and payment requests accurately when required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Uphold premium service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a waiter in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or high-end hotels in UAE or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
