Waiter

MAIN DUTIES:-

1. Greet guests/patrons as they arrive at the facility, and provide them with assistance in finding sitting spots.

2. Provide guests with information on available welcome-drinks, and take and process their orders.

3. Ascertain that guests’ water glasses are filled on a regular basis and that they have access to napkins.

4. Lay tables by arranging the right types of tablecloths, flatware, dishware, and glassware.

5. Set up buffet tables according to specified instructions, ensuring that all dishes are refilled before they run out.

6. Serve both beverages and food items to guests at their tables, and inquire into their requirement for additional food items.

7. Perform food preparation activities to assist kitchen staff in expediting dishes for serving purposes.

8. Ascertain that condiments are available at designated stations, and replenish stock as and when required.

9. Break down buffet tables, and ensure that all dishes and flatware is transported back to the kitchen area.

10. Perform cleaning tasks at the end of each catering event, ensuring that everything is properly maintained in a hygienic manner.

11. Oversee and maintain the inventory of supplies such as condiments, napkins and dishware and flatware.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
