Job Title: Waiter / Cashier

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Waiter / Cashier to join our team. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them to their tables in a welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer payments, operate the POS system, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist customers with menu questions and provide recommendations when needed.
• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Follow company standards for customer service, hygiene, and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter, cashier, or in a hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, responsible, and well-presented.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
