Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests in a casual dining restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly service, accurate order handling, and adherence to company service and hygiene standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

  • Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Order Handling

  • Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
  • Serve food and beverages as per presentation and quality standards

Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times

Customer Support

  • Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
  • Support colleagues during busy service periods

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter in Casual Dining preferred (freshers may apply)
  • Basic communication and customer service skills
  • Well-groomed and presentable
  • Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments

Benefits

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Weekly Off: 1 day
  • Annual Leave: 2 months leave once every 2 years

Job Type: Full-time
