Role Overview
The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests in a casual dining restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly service, accurate order handling, and adherence to company service and hygiene standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Order Handling
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages as per presentation and quality standards
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
Customer Support
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently
- Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations
Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Support colleagues during busy service periods
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter in Casual Dining preferred (freshers may apply)
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Benefits
- Working Days: 6 days per week
