Waiter

Position Summary

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when required.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing procedures.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support branch management in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Hospitality or food service experience is an advantage.

Pay: KD280.000 per month

Work Location: In person
