Job Title: Waiter Male

Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel group’s restaurants and outlets. This role ensures professional service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to the hotel’s brand standards while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with hotel service standards.
  • Check on guest satisfaction, handle requests professionally, and resolve minor issues immediately.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Operational Excellence

  • Set up and prepare tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas in compliance with hotel and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Follow opening, closing, and daily preparation procedures.
  • Assist with buffets, banquets, in-room dining, and special events as needed across the hotel group’s venues.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
  • Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors.

Standards & Compliance

  • Uphold the hotel group’s brand image, grooming standards, and service culture.
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred; entry-level candidates welcome with training.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service; additional language skills are an advantage.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to carry trays and lift up to 10–15 kg as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
