As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Chefs de Rang ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a service section

  • Welcome and advise guests

  • Demonstrate full menu and wine knowledge

  • Deliver refined and seamless service

  • Develop upselling opportunities

  • Coordinate closely with kitchen

Skills & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of service techniques

  • Ability to independently manage a section

  • Efficient coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teams

  • Cash handling (if applicable)

  • Strong sense of hospitality and guest experience

  • Impeccable grooming and presentation

  • Team spirit and collaboration mindset

  • Attention to detail
