Waiter / Waitress:

We are a prestigious 5-star resort committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class hospitality, refined service standards, and a luxurious environment. We are currently seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Ensure tables are set up according to fine dining standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns courteously
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
