Job Description:
Sugoi Franca is looking for a friendly and energetic Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Process bills and payments when required

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
