• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate orders and interact with customers.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, especially during busy periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that orders are accurate, customers' needs are met, and the environment remains clean.
• Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and carry food and drink orders.
• Teamwork: Work well with other staff members to provide excellent service.
