We are looking for a professional, guest-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and promotions.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a waiter / waitress is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
