Waiter/Barista

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter/Barista to provide excellent service to our guests. This position is responsible for preparing beverages, taking customer orders, processing payments, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter orders and process cash, credit card, and other payments.
• Handle cashier duties and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Check on customers during their visit and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and workstations.
• Restock beverages, supplies, and service items as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, café, or bar service is preferred.
• Experience using a POS system and handling cash transactions.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage mixing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
