Waiter/Cashier

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter/Cashier with experience in a coffee shop or café environment. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cashier duties, assisting with daily café operations, and maintaining a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

Cashier Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions
• Prepare bills and receipts
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Ensure cashier area is organized and balanced at the end of shift

Café Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and cashier areas
• Assist in table setup and clearing
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Monitor stock levels of takeaway items and supplies
• Follow company hygiene and food safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant is required
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Basic English communication required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
